Blippd tracks Nintendo eShop prices and release dates for the games you choose to watch, and keeps a list of alerts about them: a launch, a sale, a price drop, a new low. In the iPhone app, alerts can also arrive as push notifications if you turn those on.

Blippd does not sell games. Every purchase happens on the Nintendo eShop, under Nintendo's terms. Blippd never sees what you buy.

You sign in with Apple, Google, or a code sent to your email. Keep your sign-in method to yourself; what happens under your account is yours.

Blippd is for people 13 and older.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, on the website or in the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Blippd may also close an account that breaks these terms.

Alerts come from Nintendo's own listings, checked on a schedule. A check can run late, a listing can change after it was read, and a notification can be delayed or dropped by the phone or the network. Treat an alert as a prompt to look, not as the final word on a price or a date.

Alerts go only to accounts that chose them. Turn them off any time in the app's Settings, or in iOS Settings.

Prices, discounts, sale end dates and release dates on Blippd are read from Nintendo's listings and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The eShop shows the price you pay. Estimated launch times are estimates from past launches.

Use Blippd as a person, through the website or the app. Don't scrape it, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, resell access to it, or try to reach another person's account or data.

Blippd is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo. Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo eShop and the game names, art and trademarks shown on Blippd belong to Nintendo or their publishers. Blippd shows them to identify the games.

Blippd is offered as it is. Features can change or stop, the service can be down, and these terms can change. A changed date at the top of this page means the terms changed; continued use after that means you accept the new ones.

To the extent the law allows, Blippd is not liable for a missed, late or wrong alert, for a price or date shown here, for a purchase made on the eShop, or for any loss from using or not being able to use Blippd. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
